Begin with Salmon Carpaccio and Japanese Cream Stew, followed by your choice of grilled Wagyu, Saikyo miso cod, spicy chicken or lamb, and a Japanese-inspired dessert. Complete the experience with an optional 3-course HEAVENSAKE pairing at $48++.​
